Riek Machar to face sanctions by African Union

Hon Oryem Okello met with TROIKA on South Sudan. TROIKA includes UK, US and Norwegian Envoys to Uganda and informed that African Union may consider putting sanctions on Reik Machar if he does not cooperate in the peace process mediated by IGAD.
