How is the Ministry Structured?

The Ministry is composed of a Ministry Headquarters, twenty-nine (29) Missions and one Consulate . In addition to implementing national foreign policy objectives, the Ministry Headquarters also facilitates and guides Missions abroad in attaining specific targets in areas of investment, tourism, trade promotion and resource mobilization. At the political level the Ministry is headed by a Minister assisted by the 2 Ministers of State, responsible for International Affairs and Regional Cooperation. The technical team is led by a Permanent Secretary responsible for two Directorates, in addition to the departments of Finance and Administration, and of  Protocol and Consular Services.

The Ministry is Located at the Juction between Sir Appolo Gagwa Road and Kimathi Road right opposite Chirst The King Church
at the Heart of the City of Kampala. It is just adjacent ot the Ministry of Finance, Uganda

MoFA stands for Ministry of Foregn Affairs. This is one of the Key Monistry that Constitute the government. In Uganda, this ministry exlusively deals with foreign matters that affect the Country both within and without; apparently it's Headed by Hon. Sam Kuteesa
 the Minister, along-side State Minister, PS and other highly qualified personnels on Foreign matters e.g. Ambassadors
